Original score from the 2025 horror feature film directed by Colin Tilley, starring S. Epatha Merkerson, Whitney Peak and Finn Bennett, produced by Ley Line Entertainment and Glass Eyeballs, released by Signature Entertainment (USA).

THE STORY: Anna grieves the death of her parents as she moves from New York to Florida to stay with her grandmother. She falls in with some other teens, but when she sees a grisly act of violence, she finds herself trapped.

THE SCORE: “In discussing Eye for an Eye with the amazing creators/production team at Ley Line Entertainment, and director Colin Tilley, it was clear that the film – a dark fever nightmare featuring the Sandman creature and a cursed tree, needed a score that was truly unique – something people hadn’t heard before.  I had recently dug into the amazing C-15 synthesizer from Non Linear, a boutique synth with unconventional hardware controls – a new reinvention of a synthesizer. I played various ideas for the director, creator and producers on it and they agreed this unusual synth had these great three dimensional evolving sounds that evoked a unique world of torment. I also heard strange vocals floating over this synth/percussion base. I reached out to both Rafe Pearlman and my daughter Jenny Williams to help create this unusual vocal landscape. I hope you have as much fun listening to this as I had creating it.” – Timothy Williams

THE COMPOSER: Timothy Williams is a multi-award winning composer best known for his work on Brightburn, Get Out, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, Deadpool 2, Hobbs and Shaw, Butterfly Circus and Robert Duvall’s Wild Horses. A graduate of the National Film and Television School, Williams has won numerous awards and currently holds over 110 feature film credits. Besides the movies above for which he orchestrated and wrote additional music for, Williams also conducted the scores for Christopher Robin, Hidden Figures, Annabelle Creation, It and It 2. His and Kieran Kiely’s score for Finding You and Have You Heard About Greg?, co-scored with Chad Cannon and Jesse Carmichael, and the horror comedy musical Your Monster have been released by MovieScore Media, as well as the previous Bloomquist brothers film, She Came from the Woods, musical Intermedium and the uplifting indie drama Gringa.
