Original score from the 2021 animated feature film directed by Toni García, featuring the voices of Miguel Angel Perez, Vicente Gil and Carlos Kaniowsky, produced by Apolo Films and released by Viva Pictures (USA), Altitude Film Entertainment (UK) and A Contracorriente Films (Spain).

THE STORY: Dogtanian is a young swordsman who dreams of joining the legendary Muskehounds. After proving his skills and earning their trust, he and the Muskehounds must defend the King from the evil Cardinal Richelieu’s secret plot to seize power.

THE SCORE: More than 120 musicians and technicians give life to the score composed by Manel Gil-Inglada for the animated film Dogtanian and the Three Muskehounds directed by Toni García. A great orchestral soundtrack, dynamic, fun and at the same time majestic, whose main objective is to give the characters “soul”, enhance emotions and collaborate in the narration, always keeping in mind the Main Theme of the reference series composed of the brothers Guido and Maurizio De Angelis who in turn have composed especially for the film the song “When I See Your Face” performed in the Spanish version by the Spanish stars Cristina Ramos and Serafín Zubiri.

THE COMPOSER: Manel Gil-Inglada, Multi Award-winning composer from Barcelona, where he studied music at L’AULA Modern Music and Jazz, a member institute of the prestigious Berklee College of Music, Boston. His score for the short movie EVO was selected among the top 10 Spanish soundtracks, in XVI MundoBSO Awards in 2016 and won Best Original Score Awards at the European Cinematograpy Awards and the Paris Art and Movie Awards in 2017. His music for Dogtanian was nominated in the category of Best Score for an Animated Film for at the Movie Music Uk Awards 2021 and won the Award Best Score for an Animated Film at the Movie Music International Awards 2021.
